a slow, embodied rewilding retreat beneath the Italian sun

our intention

This retreat was born from a longing to slow down and bloom — within ourselves, within nature, and in connection with other likeminded people. In a world that moves quickly, we wanted to create a space and opportunity to pause — to move intentionally, breathe deeply, and soften into the moment.

Guided by nature as our muse, we move in rhythm with the earth and remember what it feels like to be alive in our own bodies.

Among the wildflowers and rolling hills of Italy, we return to what makes us feel whole: joy, play, and the radiant current of divine feminine energy — slowing down, practicing presence, and letting nature be the place we reconnect with ourselves.

what’s included?

  • Accommodations for the week - 6 nights and 7 days in the Italian countryside

  • All daily meals and snacks prepared with fresh, local ingredients along with coffee and tea

  • Daily yoga and movement practices led by Emma & Shandra

  • Breathwork, meditation, and creative workshops

  • Round-trip shuttle between Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) and the retreat venue

our daily rhythm –sample itinerary

8:30 am — morning meditation and movement

10:30 am — nourishing brunch

12:00 pm — free time: wander the grounds, lounge in the sunshine by the pool, connect with new friends, play in the yoga shala, or simply rest and unwind

3:00 pm — light afternoon snack to refuel

3:30 pm — creative workshop / floral-inspired activity

6:00 pm — slow, intentional dinner and connection

8:00 pm — yin / calming wind-down practice

think of this as our gentle anchor. we’ll flow intuitively depending on the warmth of the day and the needs of the group. shared activities like pasta-making and our golden hour winery afternoon will be sprinkled in along the way.

your hosts

Emma Plowman and Shandra Furtado have spent nearly two decades growing, traveling, creating, and evolving side by side—their friendship a steady source of inspiration, encouragement, and joy. Both born and raised near the beaches of Lewes, Delaware, their shared love of the ocean, open skies, travel, and adventure shapes the way they move through the world.

Both are 200-hour certified yoga teachers, rooted in embodied movement and mindful living. Emma is the heart behind Soluna Yoga, a seasonal boardwalk studio designed as a space for movement, warmth, and community by the sea. Shandra is the creator of Ting Flower Atelier, a floral and design studio guided by the rhythm of the seasons on her micro flower farm.

where play, creativity, and gentle presence become the way back to yourself.
